"And that's a pretty nice haircut Charge it like a puzzle, hit me wearin' muzzles "

I cannot believe it has been a month since my long tresses were chopped off into the shortest haircut I have ever have.  With this somewhat dramatic change in terms of my style, I unsuccessfully attempted a lifestyle change in my daily upkeep.  Short hair meant that my face was now exposed for the world to see, so that meant I actually wore make-up from time to time.  I also started to blow-dry my hair in order to style it from the poofball of a mess it tends to look when I wake up in the mornings.  While I have been wanting to get my ears pierced for some time now, the real incentive that pushed me to do it two weeks ago, was the fact that I need to accessorize about the neck to complement the hair.

While I am not opposed to some sort of hair maintanence routine and I do love the new short hairstyle, I am considering growing it out from this point on.  I am simply too busy/too lazy to keep a styled look that comes often with short cropped locks.  I long for my comfort zone of a "lob" cut and being able to tuck my hair behind my ears.

I have been gathering a few photos of celebs in an in-between phase of short haircuts as inspiration.

As I glance at my calendar, I have a decision to make: chop chop again, or let it grow out?  Thoughts?

  1. I think that women use hair for comfort and it's always a good thing to get out of your comfort zone. So I say chop chop again, do your makeup focus on your eyes and cheeks. And soon you will be use to your short do. And also wear some bold lipstick. I think a nice sharp cut makes people look more fashionable.
